YOUTH TRAINING PROGRAM
Growing with Greens
A 10 week/30 hour curriculum based program for youth and young adults ages 16-21, who have permanent residency in Atlantic City, NJ. At no cost to participants, this on-the-job training course teaches the basics of restaurant cooking, food prep and safety, with a focus on plant-based foods. Each participant will receive a certificate of course completion and a weekly family meal box. Job placement and free ServSafe certificates available for qualified participants.
